In 1961 Ray Joachim Sr. started Jordan Agency Inc. with the vision of helping local residences and farmers insure their family’s needs. With the growth of the Jordan community and Scott County, Jordan Agency, Inc. grew with their reputation of assisting their customers with pride and commitment.

After marrying Ray Joachim Sr.’s daughter, Mary, Dale Oldenburg bought Jordan Agency Inc. in 1985 from the late Ronald Bloomquist. Deeply rooted in a robust background in farming and insurance, Dale Oldenburg’s expertise drove Jordan Agency Inc. to expand into the successful agency that it is today.

In 2007, son Tony Oldenburg joined the Jordan Agency Inc. team with the optimism and determination of continued growth. His leadership has improved the agency’s personal and commercial lines business.

Daughter, Allison (Oldenburg) Perske, joined the agency in November of 2015. After a 15 year career with Target Corporation, she made the move wanting a career that directly impacted clients. She has helped to expand the geographical area Jordan Agency Inc. services.

Jordan Agency Inc. continues to advance along with the communities it supports. The reputation for protecting customer needs still guides the agency as it remains focused on customer service first.
